I have a specific problem, what should i do?

At first, go through a discord, if your problem is not listed there. If you cant solve the problem on your own, then contact GM or Admin.

How do i contact GM or Admin?

In this case, you have 2 options, you can write in-game ticket or you can contact desired person on discord via private messages. There is no other option to do so.

Is here a possibility of donation?

Yes, after successful login into website you will be granted access to the "Donations" tab
